Our Warranty

We take extreme pride in our work and will forever go above and beyond to make our customers happy. This is why we offer free warranties on our services. Where other ceramic applicators will charge a premium for their warranties, we do not. The product used is a 9H 6-Year Coating, one of the best on the market currently. This coating comes with a 6-Year Warranty. 

This warranty covers any defects that might arise from installation and a few variables that can occur during ownership. We will ALWAYS cover a defect that is our fault. Some may include, but not limited to; high spots of the ceramic showing noticeable dark shades in the paint (solution: reapplication) flaking of the ceramic on plastic trim due to improper prep (solution: reapplication). These are the only defects that have occurred during our years of installing this product. 

Some things that can occur during ownership that we have seen throughout the years; 3rd party garage spilt brake fluid from the reservoir which sat on the paint and ate away at the coating (covered under our warranty). 

Most 3rd party errors and user negligence will not be covered under this warranty. For example; brushed car washes scratching the paint and ruining the coating, aggressive washing habits that ruin the coating, scratching due to negligence, dents and defects, etc. In the rare case, road paint and concrete splashing will not be covered. However, we would do our best to help you in that situation.

We are very reasonable and will do what is right in all situations, but we must make stipulations within our warranties.
